Watermelon Lemonade


This lemonade will do more for your immune system than a glass of store bought OJ. Watermelon is packed with vitamin A and B and potassium which provides vital nutrients for hair, skin and nails. Read on and learn how to make this nurturing yet refreshing drink!

Ingredients

8-Pound watermelon (seedless)
1/3 Cup of fresh lime juice 
¼ Cup of turbinado sugar or brown sugar 
1 Cup of ice cubs 
1 Whole lime (sliced)

Directions
Slice the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon (discard the white rind)
In a blender add the watermelon flesh, lime juice, turbinado sugar and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth. 
Pour the juice onto the cups and place a nice sliced lime on top. 

Enjoy! 


Note
You can make this juice a week ahead and drink it throughout. You can also add mint leaves and sliced limes in the cup for that yummy yet decorative touch.
