It's easy to get lost in the hum drum of everyday life. So quickly we fall into "routines" that allow us to become stuck in the mundane. It's up to us to remain present in the here and now. The goal is to actually experience each moment away from social media and escape the external pressures placed upon us.
Too often we forget that this is the one life we were given. At the end of the day the choices we make and the paths we take affect no one but ourselves. That's what you have to keep telling yourself. Especially when things get hard. Yes, people may be disappointed in you but if you're happy and you're following your heart they'll come around eventually. No one will work harder for you than yourself. Don't let the doubters get you down.
