Chocolate Chia Pudding



We're all so busy that sometimes trying to keep up with eating healthy is hard. Diana Rodele has the perfect recipe jam packed with nutrients that takes no time at all. This Chia pudding is your overnight fix. With just a couple of dedicated minutes the night before, you’ll have an amazing breakfast or mid-day snack on the go.

Ingredients

¼ Cup of black chia seeds
½ Cup of chocolate almond milk
1 Teaspoon of agave
½ Teaspoon of cocoa powder
¼ Teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Directions
In a mason jar or a small bowl place all of the ingredients together. 
Stir for two minutes with a spoon; if you have a mason jar just close the lid and shake. 
Once mixed cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours or leave it overnight. 
Serve and enjoy!



Notes
- You can top of your chocolate chia pudding with fruit toppings like diced mangos, blueberries, or sliced bananas.
- This quick recipe is a perfect option for breakfast, snack and even as a sweet dessert option.
- You can make batches of this pudding and leave it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
